Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

They never answer the phone, aren't consistent with their service, don't help you if you're unfamiliar with health care (which to be honest is everyone in the US), don't open on time, don't respect your appointments, etc. The only reason they don't have 0 starts is because it's not an option.

CANNOT GIVE NO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE!
This practice should be shut down! We have filed a complaint with Kaiser. SO many issues but most important- office called us and said we needed to come in immediately, my husband had a chest xray the day prior. We went in immediately to be told he has a spot on his lung and needs a CT scan. When i asked what it could be the 'Dr.' (asian male) was so rude and uncaring. He replied 'I dont know' and when I asked again, what are the possibilities he said 'I told you I don't know.' We were/are worried sick, WAITING AND WAITING FOR THE KAISER REFERRAL AND WONDERING A MONTH LATER WHY IT STILL HADN'T COME THROUGH. FINALLY, SINCE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WE WENT DOWN THERE. They claimed to have sent it, said, 'we are sending it again, this is the 3rd time.' Kaiser claimed to have no record of anything being sent. COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS BEING REJECTED BECAUSE THEY WROTE THE WRONG MEDICAL RECORD NUMBER!!!!!!!!!! COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!! AND THEY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Launching investigation
They never answer the phone, never follow through with anything, not paperwork, not authorization, not referrals, not orders, no appointments! NOTHING! At this point I’ve launched and open inquiry into his practice through my insurance and plan on talking to an attorney because of Dr. Thomas and his staff! They should be shut down! They are completely worthless! Trust and believe me you should do your best to Leo yourself and your family as far away from these people as possible and he should not be allowed to practice in the medical field any longer! Beyond irresponsible, rude and careless!

Dr. Sean's office used to be better.
I've been a patient of his offices for over 5 yrs. and in the beginning his office staff was good at answering the phone, but, in the last few yrs. (even before covid) they are pretty awful! They NEVER answer the phone and when you get the answering machine, it's always full & you're unable to leave a msg. In the couple of times that I've been there since this problem developed, they're indifferent and uncooperative when informed of the problem. I called this week and nothing had changed. The nursing staff are more pleasant.

Dr. Thomas and his staff worked well with me each time I needed medical care in Yucca Valley. When I came in for my first visit, the office staff took care of my needs seamlessly and got me in to see the doctor quickly. Referrals and follow-ups were all handled smoothly. At a later time, when I needed a physical for work, the team in Yucca Valley went above and beyond to take care of me and resolve my job’s requirements. The medical care and advice I received always made sense and met my needs.

Treatment for more or less routine stuff is ok, but the likelihood that you will see a MD! rather than some visiting PO is low. On a scale of 1-10 he's providing 6.

Absolutely awful. Front desk woman is rude, doctor doesn't listen, and they say you'll get a call if your test results come back abnormal, but they never actually call. They see patients with similar issues at the same time, so it's pretty much impossible to get an appointment when you actually need it unless you just so happen to be lucky enough to call right before the day they're seeing people with the same issue as you, assuming they aren't completely booked that day.
