Dr. Allan listened and was thorough with her evaluation of my pain. She provided me with at-home stretches which quickly resolved my issue with sciatic pain.

Good Doctor, Poor Practice
We were quite pleased with Dr. Elizabeth Allan, personally, as a primary care provider. However, we were recently billed $50 by her practice, Colonial Internal Medicine Associates, for a missed appointment. We did not have this appointment on our calendar, and did not receive any text or email reminders of the appointment. First we heard of it was getting this bill. The practice would not remove the charge. We refused to pay, and are now looking for another provider with better communications.

  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Staff wasn't friendly
