Dr. Sean Khorami, MD

My wife has horrible chronic pain and can barely walk. She had a life saving spinal surgery at 15 and hasn't wanted anything to do with doctors since. I've been to her doctor appts for the last 15yrs with no hope in site. Dr. Khorami was so kind, compassionate and overly positive and caring that after her 1 week stay at Kaiser Panorama City she said she has never felt this good. I so appreciate the amazing team of nurses DJ, Mary & Jenny as they made Pebbles stay wonderful. I'm sorry for those with negative reviews as I hope to have Dr. Khorami for any future visits.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that I had a positive experience with Dr. Khorami without perjuring myself. Perhaps some of it was due to my negative perception of medical degrees from Caribbean schools like St. George's. I did not feel that I could hold an intelligent conversation with him. I expect all doctors to have the highest level of insight and knowledge, but this one fell a bit short. He could very well be a nice guy, but being a nice guy does not make one an expert in anything.

To believe that Mr. Khorami is caring and compassionate is beyond absurd and entirely irrational. He is arrogant, pompous, and condescending. At no time did I feel that this physician treated me like a human being. I found his showy profundities to be profoundly incoherent. I would rather believe the mystical aphorisms of a fortune cookie than trust this man with my medical care. If I ever joined an opinion that this man is a blessing to anyone, I would hide my head in a bag.

Dr. Khorami is by far one of the most compassionate and caring physicians we have come across. He took great care of my mother during her hospitalization at Kaiser Permanente. He made sure to keep us up to date on my mother's daily progress. He truly was an advocate for my mother and made sure to comfort her and reassure her (and us) during stressful moments. We couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Khorami's care. He truly was a blessing to our family.
