Dr. Gulzar Fidai, MD

Dr Fidai does not listen well to patient concerns. She interrupted me several times, extremely disrespectful, and did not submit the referral that she agreed to. I had to call the office 2 additional times to get the referral. Choose a different doctor.

She makes you feel special and answers all my questions with a positive attitude. I would never want to change from her now.

The doctor and team worked well to fulfill any of my needs. I felt cared for.

I reviewed my 2 prescriptions with the doctor and she entered them to the computer, then I was told a few days later that the doctor was not going to approve the needed anxiety medication which was the main reason I was there. This was dishonest and I am suffering for it. I wish I could get my money back!

She really listened and I felt she spent enough time answering my questions. She really released my concerns about something that we actually keeping me awake at night. I am just really grateful for her explanation and plant for treatment and felt so much better after the appointment. She also noticed my cholesterol is high which it had been before but no one had addressed it but she did. I liked that she made a plan for me to return and recheck it.

Excellent review medications. No other doctor has been that thorough.

It is not her personally, it is the follow-up with the office, her knowledge of changes being made within the office. The portal and systems are down and that is not being communicated.

Current meds always discussed

Dr. Fidai is very good and reviews my chart and gives recommendations to help. She is thourgh and explains any issues. I appreciate all her help and direction.

Doctor was the worst experience ever. First encountered her when she was gossiping with staff about why I provided urine sample. I informed them I could hear them and then she came to talk to me asking why I requested a urine sample. She told me the results and asked if that was all I needed I could leave and I told her I was her for a full exam. She obviously did not read my chart coming into the room. After 15 minutes, she came back to do the exam but did not do anything but ask questions. I asked if if she could examine particular concerns that I had for months but she stated I was going to be referred to a specialist anyways so there was no point. I am unable to see a specialist for 2 months and still have the health issue in the meantime. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Fidai was excellent and listened to my concerns carefully. However, the sad news is she was interrupted by the assistant at least two, perhaps three times. I understood that Dr. Fidai had many patients waiting to see her. It is very difficult for a doctor to care for a patient if they are not given enough time. I am a new patient with Optum, and Dr. Fidai needed to get a good understanding of my health history. I feel terrible for Dr. Fidai, as she had to hurry and leave the room as quickly as possible.

This doctor listened to my concerns, offered advice, scheduled father test for my concerns, and I felt like she cared !

Doctor is very good and efficient

She followed up on previous visit and past history of previous colonoscopy. Referred for xray for pain in hip very thorough
