Great bedside manner. Very good at explaining what was going on and our options. His diagnosis was spot on. Will use him again.

The Dr charged me for 2 appts when I went for a physical - solely because I'm on maintenance medication for my thyroid and blood pressure. So you'll pay 2X for one appt. I do not recommend this Physician.

He’s too chatty...and not about me and why I’m there! He is constantly talking about himself and other patients. I thought he’d be a good primary care doctor but the guy has never even examined me the entire time I’ve seen him. Not a look down my throat, a thump on my back, look in my ears...nothing. The medical assistant takes my temp and blood pressure, that’s it. Bloodwork is done after the appointment and no one has ever called me with results. I have to interpret on the portal myself.

I saw Dr. Coughlin for the first time today. He was professional and I felt like he listened to my concerns and handled prescriptions in a timely manner. I can recommend him based on my experience this far. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful today.

Dr. Coughlin is very attentive and pays close attention to your input. Knows exactly what is going on and gives excellent advice and prescribes medication if appropriate.

We needed to find a new family doctor due to the retirement of our longtime Internist. On our initial visit with Dr. Coughlin , we found him to be very professional, friendly, thorough and easy to communicate with. Since he is familiar with most of the specialists we use, we felt very confident that his interaction with the medical community is very beneficial to our overall medical care. We look forward to using him as our primary physician.

So glad to have found Dr. Coughlin. He is very kind and patient. He listens. His diagnosis for me when I have been sick is always correct and he always prescribes the correct meds and gives me the proper directions to recover quickly.

Dr coughlin listens and is truly interested in my health and wellbeing. Takes into account insurance issues as well as my well being inn the complete diagnosis! Hats off and kudos to him and his staff. Been seeing him over the last 3 yrs; been with ARC over 15yrs no need to change!

I have been in and out of doctors offices and hospitals since I was 19 due to kidney failure .Now 34 so I have had terrible experiences with some doctors .No empathy is a huge thing .Dr.Coughlin seen me at the last minute ,never rushed and he listened to my concerns .He explained everything to me and answered everythinh.This Doctor is an absolute sweetheart that happens to be a patient ,kind and of course an amazing doctor. The staff is wonderful ,thanks Pat Boston lol!ERICA and lab .Thank you !

My experience at this clinic and with Dr. Coughlin was outstanding. The staff is most pleasant and helpful. The fact that lab work is done on site and an ARC imaging center is next door makes for a most efficient visit. Dr. Coughlin explained in detail his approach to resolving my health problem while encouraging input from me. I am delighted to have found Dr. Coughlin and this clinic. The 35 minute drive to this facility was well worth it.
