I have been in Dr. Scott Massa care for over 20 years. He has taken great care of me during that time. When I go to see him he always asks how I am feeling and doing in every day life. He’s always so concerned about my medical issues and I have a lot of them. I see him every 3 months unless I need him before that. He always takes go care of me. And if I have issues that’s not in his medical field he sends me to a good specialist in that field. I am very grateful and appreciative of his decisions. That’s why I’ve had him for over 20 years as my physician He is a totally outstanding and professional physician. I would recommend him to anybody I know that he would take good care of them as he does for me. I consider him to be my personal physician my go to physician. Thank You So Very Much Dr Scott Massa. I hope you get a chance to see this you so deserve it.

Not helpful in correcting a mistake with ins
My mother, who is not a patient and lives in another state, was charged on her insurance for medication that was prescribed by Dr Masser. When calling the office Mary said she would look into it. She did call me back, so thank you for that, but she stated it was not her fault and so she was not able to help make it right. Since my mother is not a patient and does not have an account with said pharmacy they would not help either. I am in health care myself and would have helped by calling the pharmacy and explained the situation. Hipaa privacy states that I can call on behalf of patients to rectify a problem that has occurred. Very disappointed with this office.

Dr. Massa is a specialist in Geriatric medicine and has done a great job for me at 71 and my husband at 84 years old. He knows which problems need attention in older patients and knows which Specialist to recommend for us. He has a great staff who is supportive too. I have highly recommended him and the people who have seen him have had good experiences too.

Dr. Scott Massa is a very good Doctor. I have COPD and recently had a very bad situation where my breathing was very labored. Dr. Massa took time with me, prescribed medicine and basically healed me !
