Do NOT come here! Dr. Whatever her name was was extremely rude and snapped at me for no reason whatsoever. When I tried to ask a question, she would act as if I was supposed to know the answer to the question. I felt very disrespected. Not to mention how much she rushed me. I stayed in that room for 3 minutes MAXIMUM.

Every time I went I was mistreated by the receptionist. First time I wait for more than 1 hour and they put another patient who arrived later to be assisted first. I waited and the receptionist Dona was really angry. The other time I arrived 5 minutes later and the doctor was very upset because she had to travel. the time was really shorter.as usual. The office visit doesn’t last 3 minutes in all the times I went there. Doctor always in a hurry. The receptionist charges the copayment in front of every one in the office and loud voice tone in a manner that seems that I missed the payment and didn’t want to pay. She is horrible she should work with anything but people. Go somewhere where you can be treated as a patient who is looking for health care. Health care includes Human Respect as well

Very rude and unprofessional. She prescribed me the higher dosage of medicine, when I didn't even need one. Been sick for a long time because of it. Sawsan Barakat is horrible doctor.

I changed her because she was verrrry rude, treating me like a worthless person taking her precious time. Maximum time spent in each appointment was 5 minutes and she could manage to throw all her rage, rudeness and trashy attitude to me in that short minutes . I a tolerating person but it was too much and changed her. I liked Donna , the receptionist, and also the lady who took blood pressure. She was nice and friendly.

Donna the receptionist is friendly, but Dr Barakat is so rude! She has never spent more than 5 minutes with me during any appointment. Always feel super rushed.Today, after spending literally 2 weeks trying to reach the office, which Is difficult because you always have to leave a message and be called back within a few days, I was finally contacted by Dr. Barakat. She was absolutely patronizing and annoyed that I interrupted her day.She acted like I should have known the answers to my questions.

Mediocre at best. Please Avoid!! She treated me like I'm not a person. I came in knowing that I have a thyroid problem and I tried to ask some questions but answered them in an insulting manner. She seemed to be uninterested with me. She seems to not care for her patients at all. Just check all the other reviews! Also the staff especially Dona is extremely unprofessional. All communications is done through voicemail and they take forever to respond!

Worse doctor every. Never met such an uncaring human being. You try and ask a question and she snaps at you. Yet you have to hear 20 minutes on her children. Rude, disrespectful! Saw her in the hospital. Will not see her again. Finding a more compassionate doctor.
