Terrible Staff
The PA in this office is wonderful, but the front desk staff is the worst. They are rude and disrespectful. While waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room they repeatedly talked about private patient issues and made fun of patients in front of waiting patients. Dr Maslavi needs to reconsider his staff if he wants to stay in business

Dr. Maslavi and his his PA, Kathy are excellent
Doctor and PA ate amazing!! Office Staff, especially a Valerie and rest are disrespectful, misinformed, disinterested and say they leave messages on Doctors desk for call backs, yet doctor never gets them. I’ve had to go to First Med because MY doctor is not given messages. They mess up sending prescriptions, thatIm later expected to pay for. They really show a value of incompetence that I have never witnessed. I feel bad Dr. Maslavi is stuck with them. I only received call back from PA, Kathy after begging answering service to contact someone. The office ladies also told me Dr. Maslavi had a family emergency and never came to office. I later found out he was simply on vacation. Lying is never a good character trait.

Terrible follow up
Everyone in the office seems pleasant when I call to schedule appointments for my hubby, and husband likes Dr. Maslavi very much, the problem is the follow up. After every appointment my husband, and myself have to call several times, I mean 3 or 6 times to get results from blood work, etc. We both work and our time is as valuable as theirs so this is unacceptable. My husband believes the front office, while pleasant, is very inefficient. In my experience this can change the course of a practice negatively. I hope the doctor evaluates that situation. In any event, husband has had it and we will move on.

While waiting the receptionist kept answering the phone and putting patients on hold and talking bad about them with her co workers then giving the patient attitude. The DR came in and I am not sorry to say it was terrible patient care. Just because I’m a new young patient I’m automatically “fine”. I wanted him to repeat the lab work since it was irregular from my previous dr and he didn’t repeat anything, didn't bother to do a physical, did not send any labs or be taken or urine. Nothing. Just sat there and spoke to me about how healthy I look without even knowing me. What a scam. Just billing Insurances and charging co payments for poor patient care. Never going back there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr. Maslavi is the greatest doctor I have ever been to. He is incredible in his care. listening skills and bedside manner. I liked him from the first visit, and he continually meets my first impression of him. I just had the most intensive annual physical that I ever had before. I will never go to another doctor again.

I suggest looking elsewhere for a primary care provider. This doctor's office looks like a cattle call with numerous amounts of people in the waiting room and an average wait time of over an hour with no respect for the patient's schedule. Moreover, he seems rushed and does a poor job of thoroughly assessing the patient's symptoms and/or past history. It is clear that his main incentive is profit and not the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Maslavi recently moved into a new building with valet parking. My experience was wonderful. Did not wait long and all testing, etc went smoothly. Very well run practice! Dr. Maslavi listened carefully and did not rush me. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Dr. Maslavi!

Dr. Maslavi is unlike any other Dr I've met. He is extremely thorough, asks lots of questions, actually listens & shows sincere concern. He's a very trust worthy Dr that you can have an open conversation with & not feel embarrassed or judged with certain issues. He came highly recommended & my only regret is not meeting him sooner. Need a good Dr? Look no further. You will be glad to be under his care.

I wondered what made so many people take the time to review this doctor, and then I had my appointment. I had such a good experience I had to leave a review as well. The doctor is kind and really cares about you as the patient. The nurse who took me in and took my blood was really nice. Barely a pinch and no bruise is icing on the cake. If you need a doctor, come here!
