Not recommended
During my regular checkup, I had to wait a very long time. The office was disorganized and the staff were unfriendly. I also had doubts about their professionalism. It was not a good decision to schedule my appointment there. However, after I changed my primary doctor, all of these issues were resolved. I definitely wouldn't go back there again!

The Worst Doctor Ever
She gets a 0/5 if there is 0 rating. Doctor and receptionist are only concerned about money. Absolutely zero concern for the well being of the patient. Nasty receptionist treats patients like dirt and overbooks to extreme. Absolute worst I've ever experienced.

Unempathetic and Dismissive
Dr. Jia Park dismissed my concerns, made me repeat myself, made an ignorant out-of-pocket remark as she gave me my results, and overall made me feel incredibly unwelcome. She is an overt archetype of how utterly disappointing the modern health care system is. 0/10 do not recommend.

Jia Park is very dismissive of health concerns brought up by the patient. Communication is completely lacking. Was turned away for an appointment because no one said I needed to be fasted for blood work, which is fine. Mistakes happen. But when we called the office to make sure it wouldn't happen again, was told that we never even had an appointment. I was talked over by the receptionist when trying to tell her that I had a text message confirming the date and time of the appointment saved on my phone. Had to hang up because I was getting no where. Instead put in a formal complaint with Medicare. Wanted to inform the public that there are better pcp options for you out there.

One of those MAJORITY of Doctors who 1) dont care about listening to patients symptoms, 2) dont care about getting to the root cause of patient's symptoms. yes, you may be a Doctor but do you really know my body more than me? Without even listening to all my symptoms and considering other vital factors potentially contributing to my condition, Absolutely dont recommend this doctor.

Jia Park is a disgrace to comprehensive medical practice. I went in for a basic blood test, nothing that would require much time, knowledge, or effort. She managed to fail at performing the simplest task. To begin, she was unable to locate a single vein in my forearm so she consequently gave up and decided to go to my wrist (already unimpressive). She inserts the needle, but was unable to draw blood so she repeatedly stuck the needle in random places in my wrist. It was excruciatingly painful.

There is ample parking in the residential area and that's very convenient for me. She take care of my medical condition as often as I visit her.
