He is a great Dr. He answers all your questions and concerns. I recommend him. Front desk is not too friendly. But he does deserve 5 stars

A Great Doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. B.for about 12+years. He is a professional and kind man. I trust him and he listens. I'm a Senior so I have several illness. He is the best for me and I hope you all have the same results as I have. He is truly the Best Dr. As for his staff. I have never had a problem. All are consament professional. They all have different but charming personality. Thanks for being there for us!

Staff
I had lab work sent to Dr. Burciaga and I called to see if they were received. I called and Amanda informed me that they were not received. I went to Tricore and they called for me within minutes when I called Amanda informed Tricore that they were there. I could not believe that she actually lied about such a trivial thing. Dr. Burciaga is a good physician but his staff is questionable. Art

Poor Service
Front staff are unprofessional and the medical assistance needs to learn how to do her job. I have been waiting for a simple referral for a month now and her priority is not the patients needs. Not sure where her priority is at for sure not with the patients!

Best Dr. I've had in years.
Dr. Burciaga is one of the best doctors I've ever had (loved Dr. Lafon). He is patient, a good listener, well informed, and has the demeanor when in his presence that you are the pure focus. His staff is so friendly, and his Nurse Practitioner is incredible.

The lady with the short hair that works front is rude, unprofessional, incapable of doing simple tasks, unwilling to help patients, and hangs up on you when she knows she's in the wrong. I've never had problems prior until I started dealing with that lady. I had an appointment in the morning and no one answered the door. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever answered. They made me waste hours of work for nothing. This office has potential to be great but because of that lady working the front, they will always be short of a peaceful, friendly, attentive experience.

I chose Dr. Burciaga as my PCP upon moving to Las Cruces knowing nothing more than he had one 5 Star review and his location. Was able to get an initial appointment in less than a week. He paid attention to my chronic pain. He immediately came to the conclusion that I needed an . MRI to assess nerve damage. I am very pleased with Dr. Burciaga
