Dr. Sari Fien, MD

I have had annual checkups with Dr Fien for many years. Coming from somebody that grew up in South Florida, I’m very aware of the effects that the sun has on my skin.She is very thorough with the exam, delicate with any procedures, courteous, and explains everything in very understandable terms. I value her expertise, input and her calm and pleasant communication style.

I'm a new patient for Dr. Fien. Came into the office for a routine moh check-up. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The examination was thorough. I came into the office with a list of questions and asked her during the exam 'What about this skin tag' and 'What about that spot' Dr Fein took the time to answer my questions, she explained the different types of Mohs, skin tags, age spots, etc. I didn't feel rushed. I was finished and out the door in 1 hour. I have also had 2 additional appointments since my first meeting with Dr. Fein. Again, all interactions with the staff and the Dr. herself have been positive.

Very surprised. I has a procedure and was told if there are any problems please call. I has some problems left a message with the reception recording and also the answering service , NO call back. Very surprised.....

Back office was completely inflexible and the office manager was rude and confrontational! Very disappointed!

Dr. Fien has been seeing me for my annual skin exams and cosmetic procedures for eight years. I love her office. It is calm and everyone is helpful. She always explains treatments clearly and provides realistic expectations. I highly recommend.

Always professional, clean and efficient! Parking is easy, just off Federal Highway in Pompano. Dr. Fein is the best!

All procedures are explained in detail, and prior to being performed. All of my questions are answered, and in terminology I can understand. I recommend Dr. Fien to my closest friends.

would not recommend. not a hands on doctor. treatments solutions provided have been extremely ineffective.

When of burning off a wart on my toe with liquid nitrogen, her physician's assistant severely burned healthy tissue the size of a quarter around the wart.This resulted in bleeding and extreme pain at the time and for days afterward.Two weeks later, the pain has not improved at all.When I went to Dr. Fien after this procedure was done by her assistant, she denied there was any problem with the result or the method used.I was forced to see a wound specialist for followup.One star is too many!

Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional and are amazing. I trust them implicitly. Dr. Fien listens to what I have to say. I never feel rushed.

Dr Fein did surgery on a basal cell carcinoma on my arm. Apparently she missed the part in school about how to suture an incision. It looks like Dr Frankenstein sewed it up. If only I could post a picture here. 4 huge sutures for a 2 inch incision. I have showed this to other doctor's and nurses and they couldn't believe it. I wanted Mohs procedure but she said it wasn't warranted for this area. I guess a giant ugly scar is. I don't think she would let anyone do this to her

Not the best at delivering botox injections. It did not work and we repeated. What a waste of money and I have had it done elsewhere with much success. Not worth the price at any cost. Staff not too swift and the wait is forever. They literally forget you! Would not recommend for all of the tea in China!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fien's for about 2 years for body exams to detect and identify any suspicious skin abnormalities. Dr. Fien thoroughly inspects my skin with a magnification glass where other Dermatologists glance over and fail to examine as meticulously. She has caught and treated many pre-cancer skin lesions in their early stages before they can developed into something worse. I completely trust Dr. Fien and highly recommend her professional services as an excellent Dermatologist.

I had blue light procedure with her and ended up with a severe chemical burn, major swelling and swollen lymph nodes. She stated minor side effects (minor swelling/redness). She never provided any dos or don'ts before the procedure or really what to do following the procedure. She & her staff were not available for follow up so I was in bed for a couple of days in pain. She never informed me that I shouldn't use RetinA prior to the procedure which I think caused the bad reaction. No follow up!
