AVOID CYNTHIA WALLACE. DO NOT COME HERE. They provide terrible care and customer service. I contacted the state medical board. I was given a diagnosis in July and prescribed a cream that originally wasn't covered by my insurance. After multiple calls, appointment errors (one of them I wasn't on their schedule and the other I showed up and the door was locked for 30 min!), I still don't have the cream due to their gross incompetence and negligence. Save your money, time, and emotional well being!
