Disappointed
Waited 4 months for an appointment with Dr. Ying. I had been suffering from chronic issues for 8 months. She verified what I thought my condition might be, but her treatment plan was weak considering how chronic my symptoms are and how much they affect my daily life. I left with an informational handout and a referral to physical therapy. The condition I have is often treated with medication along with PT. Considering my symptoms are keeping me out of work and affecting me daily I felt medication was a reasonable request. When I followed up I was told Dr Ying does not often prescribe medication and to just try the therapy. I was so hopeful for that appointment only for a massive let down. She also refused a request for a telehealth follow up even though I live about 2 hours away. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.
