Emergency room visut
Was in the emergency room at southwest on sat sept 21. When she talked to m e before gerring discharged she told me to do a follow up in 3 days if i A headache or blurred vision.nothing was said about my work condition nor if there was anything wrong with my shoulder or hipYet on the discharge papers it said I had to do sitdown work until follow up and that my shoulder and hip contusions never mentioned these when we talked.i feel these should have been discussed and not just written on the paper work
