Knowledge/Understanding
Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable about both physical and psychiatric conditions. She is constantly researching and updating her practices . I trust her more than my primary medical provider. She is very good at what she does but will not take any nonsense. Very professional and genuine. She listens and is willing to work with your needs and desires.

She clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She seems kinda incompetent and doesn't understand the requirements for a disability claim.

Same as the other person: She stares at me or stares out the window for half the visit. She's a quack. She hasn't helped me at all in the 3 months that I've been there and I don't plan on going back to see this wack job.

Sitting in silence for 10 minutes isn't ideal for me. I need to be engaged, asked about how I've been, as opposed to me bringing it up myself. I walk in, I sit down, and she stares at me. No effort is made to work on or help me. If it weren't for my therapist being everything she's not barring the ability to prescribe me medications, I would not be her patient.
