My stitch separated and started irritating my eye. My wound has now separated and my outer eye is not properly connected. I wouldn’t recommend her for revisions but maybe for her own original work for minor issues. Nice lady but felt rushed, no post op check calls.

The office and staff are so welcoming and keep you relaxed and calm. Dr. Sara is wonderful, she did an amazing job on my surgery. I love that I have "turned back the clock", and still look fresh and natural.

Unlucky & lucky me. I developed an eye disease during 2001 that wreaks havoc on my eyelids. I had to wait years for the disease to calm down before I could consider corrective surgery. Since 2007, Dr. Kaltreider has performed multiple eye lid surgeries, and even a brow lift for me. Most recently last month. That should tell you how highly I regard her work. I cried when I saw the first results. After years of looking deformed, my eyes were once again normal. Even now, 6 weeks after the most recent surgery, no one can tell I just had surgery. We just made an appointment for my husband. BTW There is no consultation fee.

Botched 2 Procedures: The past year has been heartbreaking & I am still paying for her mistakes daily with extensive research & time dedicated to finding a skilled revision surgeon. At age 40, I had ideal eyelids to work with & just simple excess eyelid skin. I had upper eyelid surgery & a direct brow lift (bad recommendation). She clearly made poorly placed, crude-looking incisions during both surgeries, leaving me with permanent indented scars over both eyebrows & very bumpy, uneven eyelids.

I found the office after desperately looking for someone to inject botox for 7 months of eyelid twitching. They got me in THE SAME DAY and were so warm and welcoming when I got there. Dr. Kaltreider told me one treatment may not be enough and to just call if it didn't help within a week and she would do it again. I decided while i was there to have some skin tags removed also and I was really excited when they told me they could do it all that day. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!

Dr. Kaltreider is a perfectionist and did wonderful job of permanent eyeliner and microblading my eyebrows. Done in the office in a short time and back to work the next day. No pain whatsoever. I love the results. Wish I had done it sooner.

Dr. Kaltreider is very sweet but professionally lacks the more updated skill sets. My experience with surgery was ok but when I noticed one eye was bigger than the other still she disregarded my worries & told me it was swelling. Now a year later I'm dealing with teary eye bc shes did not see my right eye correctly so now its sensitive to cold & wind. I've tried to set a revision for her error but she's now charging me more to fix. Go figure! The office workers are nice though.

Dr. Kaltreider saved my sanity and my beautiful eyes from a retracted eyelud from a previous surgery from a different doctor! From my initial first talk all the way to months later the staff & Dr. K were phenomenal! Dr. K will do what's best for the anatomy of your features and strive to make sure you are happy once done! I highly recommend her and her skills!

Dr. Kaltreider missed during surgery the small growth in my eye that she was trying to remove. 1 week post-op, I saw Dr. K who said it was "just swelling." She was very kind, but it was NOT swelling! I transferred to UVA since she missed it. Dr. K's office billed me for the full amount for "tumor removal"--$1200! I requested they consider lowering the bill and Monique the secretary was quite rude &no one returned my call. I paid the bill to end the drama. Would not recommend.
