In it just for the money. Terrible dr. I have a throat tumor and all she did was say she no longer does surgery and gave me 2vdrs who take my insurance. She said many do not. I may have bad throat cancer and thats all she can say? Very unprofessional. She tried to scope me i gagged because she did not give me a locqll to prevent this. Stay away. My case is serious and needs a real good dedicated dr. 25 years experience? Dont believe it

I visited Dr. Brahmbhatt and felt unheard or seen. I did not feel my health was a priority or my concerns were being addressed.

unprofessionalism all around including office staff from a few years ago.. maybe the staff changed don't know but ... buyer beware!

I would highly Reccomend this doctor...very knowledgeable. A great dr sweet personality. But... As far as her office personal especially one certain girl was extremely disrespectful and arrogant to me when I questioned her that my co pay was billed incorrectly. She never allowed me to speak she cut me off Hung up on me and said either I pay the co pay or it will go to collections..I told her I was in touch with my insurance company and it was a billing error but with Covid will take a little time to correct. I now receive a bill that said if I do Not pay by the 1st of the month I’ll be charged and additional $50 on top of the $35 co pay in question.. as much as I’d want to go back to this dr I would never because of this staff member.... no on should ever be treated with so much Disrespect and short temper.. especially those who deal with the public. A sad situation...I wonder if the dr is aware of this??

Dr Brahmbhatt was very thorough and caring. My son, daughter and I have been going to her for years, and have had great experiences in her office. She is very knowledgeable and a great surgeon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I saw her once complaining of sinus problems. Then that evening about 9pm I called her office & went to their after-hours physician-on-call number. To my surprise she happened to be the doctor on call that night & she answered the phone. I stated I couldn't breathe & she angrily said that phone line was a line for emergency calls only. I tried to explain my problem was I couldn't breathe & she started talking over me, raising her voice & repeating some 5-6 times "What is the emergency?", & "This is an emergency line only". She behaved like a mad woman. It was useless trying to talk to her: she became increasingly madder. I couldn't believe a doctor would behave this way. I had no recourse & hung up as she kept yelling. Then, unbelievably, less than a minute later she called back. I didn't pick up & she left a message speaking -of all things- with an angelic voice & saying she "was returning a call made to their line." What a looser! If you don't like medicine, don't become a doctor!

Stay away from this ENT. Dr. Brahmbhatt is unprofessional. She leaves doors open when treating patients and speaks so loudly you can hear everything from the waiting room. EVERYTHING. I had a bad fungal infection and she ignored it, denied my symptoms, scoffed at me, and basically told me I was crazy. Instead, she had me go for a routine "polyp removal" surgery, which had a hefty price tag and did little to help my condition. She had a rep from the stent company present at my surgery and at the follow up WITHOUT EVER GETTING MY CONSENT or telling me the person was coming! There is no privacy or ethics in her office. Dr. Brahmbhatt is not interested in the patient's opinions, she is highly defensive, and I am skeptical about her knowledge beyond basic ENT procedures. During the COVID-19 outbreak, she wanted to see all of her patients IN PERSON and refused all tele-med communication (legal?). I saw her at the very beginning of the outbreak, she didn't wear gloves or a mask.

I have been a pharmaceutical rep for over 25 years, and have extensive experience interacting with ENT physicians, I strongly recommend Dr. Brahmbatt. She has excellent credentials and training. as well as a caring personality and bedside manner. I just had sinus surgery to remove nasal polyps. I wasn’t able to breathe through my nose at all, and after surgery, I was breathing normally. She used the latest technology during the procedure and I had no side effects or pain afterwards.

I guess you can get in so fast because nobody else wants to go there. All she cares about is the money if she doesnt perform procedures shell take your money and send you somewhere else

This office is probably the least professional medical office I have ever encountered!! When I called to understand a billing question, their response is "we pushed it to debt collection" and hung up. Not only was the service awful and they did not accomplish anything, have the rudest staff members, and as long as you pay them they do NOT care about you.

Dr. Brahmbhatt is one of the nicest and caring doctors I go to. She is very personable and thorough. Always has a smile for me.
