Felt rushed. Extremely difficult to make appointments.

Was very rough, and I felt the appointment was rushed. Staff and reception for the whole hospital is very lackluster and does not give a lot of effort. We were bounced from doctor to doctor with little explanation.

My experience with Dr. Kwong was very poor and I would not recommend him to anybody. He put ear molds on my baby's ears and was only nice before he got the business (they are incredibly expensive as they are considered cosmetic). He didn't care how to it's done, in fact he shaved my one-month old baby's head 1.5 inches too high and completely un-evenly on both side. Surprising for a professional who does this all the time. He rushed us and was rude during all of the 5 visits we had with him.

Excellent Doctor! Dr. Kwong did a T&A on my daughter, he took extra time to explain all the possible situations to us and clearly layout what medicine to take each day. Definitely would recommend Dr. Kwong.

Dr Kwong is very pleasant, professional and accommodating. He completed a TNA for my child and was very efficient and transparent with us. Most of all, he was able to schedule the surgery in a short period of time which is truly appreciated. He understood my concerns for wanting the surgery and he was very easy to collaborate and devise an appropriate plan of intervention and care for my child. Excellent.

He saved my life, what more can be said! :) I had severe secondary bleeding in the middle of the night from a tonsillectomy performed a week ago in NYC (only 2% have post-op bleeding). Dr Kwong was the ENT on-call at Robert Wood and was incredibly efficient, reassuring, professional, etc at performing emergency surgery to stop the profuse bleeding. He was there for me at the most terrifying time of my life and I am truly grateful. Extremely skilled, good bedside manner, highly recommended.
