Dr. Sangeeth Pai, MD

My wife, a patient of Dr. Pai, having a serious problem, called her office on Friday, 7/29, at 12 noon. She was told by the answering service that they were at lunch and would return at 1PM and return her call. Not having received a return call, at 1:30 PM she called back and was told they're still out and would return her call. They never returned the calls. My wife was admitted to the hospital with serious problems, and spent several days there. It's now 3 days after her initial call to Dr. Pai and no one has ever even returned the call. These are facts. Make up your own mind about the service.

I’ve always had fantastic treatment here. All the staff are very caring and considerate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I love Dr Pai and the staff in this office. They make you feel special and listen to your needs. I am also happy that I can make appointments to do my lab and most of my health needs are met here. All of them seem to get along so well in the office and are always laughing.

Dr Pai listens and puts into account what you tell her. I think I am an informed patient and I appreciate the fact that she respects that and do not treat me like I am stupid. I think she is easy to talk. I appreciate also the fact that she actually assess me than just orders medications or labs.

I absolutely love this amazing office. Dr. Shanbhag Pai is most caring and simply the best doc I have seen. I get in quick, the front desk try hard to please. I get my bloodwork done there. They are getting that quick too. I ran into the doctor at the local Sprouts and told her about an issue. On Monday I got a call from her and she asked me how I was doing. I was amazed at the personal care I received.

Best care ever received, always ready to get you to whoever can solve the problem if they can't. Plus most of your needs can be done within the same building...no running all over the valley!! Love these folks. I get my allergy shots and lab work done here too.

The best primary care internal medicine doctor. my entire family goes to her and my grandkids go to Dr Nicole Oswalt in their peds office.

Over the years of my life I have seen numerous doctors and I have to say Dr Pai is one of the best. She is extremely proactive and sincerely cares about your health. Couldn't be more pleased with her.

Best Primary Care physician. I cant express how much difference in my lifesytle this doctor has made. I feel better and my bloodwork is coming slowly back to normal. I still have a long way to go with my weight management but I am so motivated because of feeling better. Erica in the allergy department is sooo nice and helped me get comfortable with the treatment.

I believe Dr. Pai is the best Internist in town. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Pai is also very respectful personally and down to earth. Her staff is also very efficient. I dont wait for more than 5 to 10 minutes which clearly shows that the value everyones time. I especially like the fact that I can get all my care in one office. They have an inhouse lab and allergy treatments which make it so easy.

I have been with Dr. Pai for several years now. She is compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes from my scheduled time to see her. She values time with you as well as your time. There is a question if you would recommend Dr. Pai - I already have recommended her to several friends!

Dr. Shanbhag-Pai allows you one shot with her or one of her colleagues. If your visit is not a match for you, someone you put your life into her hands, then you have 2 choices: not come back and you will never be able to use her or her doctors again, or continue seeing her rather one way, authoritative bedside manner. She is knowledgeable. I’m not a fan of her policy so even though I saw one of her associates over 5 years ago on one visit, she has been denied seeing me as a patient today. My husband saw her over 5 years ago and stopped going because she orders and lectures. That made him uncomfortable. She is very thorough and very authoritative. In this town, take knowledge or personality. It’s just hard to find both qualities in one person. I’d say 1/2 the internal medicine doctors are over 60. I may have to go family medicine even though I am 60 and with unique health concerns. As for her office policy, I find it like her personality, rigid and not fair to the patient, who after all

Dr.Shangbaug-Paiis a wonderful listener, takes time to understand what your going thru and work to find a solution plus explains questions where one can understand.

She takes time and pays close attention to not only what is in the medical record, but in what the patient says. She literally saved my life by asking questions and digging into the things that didn't make sense. As I said, she saved my life.

Excellent Physician

I moved from New York three years back and it took me two physicians to finally find Dr. Pai. My surgeon and oncologist recommended her to me. It has been night and day. I am finally back to feeling better, lost weight and generally healthier. The staff is jovial and efficient. It takes time to get on her schedule, I assume due to demand for her services, but once I was her patient, my calls and appointments were easy.

Dr. Pai is excellent and I'm very happy she is my doctor.
