I had a longstanding appointment with Dr Collin’s and arrived at her office in a driving rainstorm only to find out that she was not in the office and had cancelled the appointment with no notice to me. Very disappointing!

Dr. Collins
I would never return to Dr. Collins. When surgery didn't relieve the pain she washed her hands of me with no further direction. She was rude and arrogant when I asked questions, which a doctor should never act in this manner. I surelycould not refer anyone to her.

Right hand Carpal Tunnel Surgery
I had my surgery March 2024 and so far I am in the healing process and I have a ways to go. I also had 2 trigger fingers released and it feels much better. Healing takes a while but it was worth it. Thank you Dr. Collins.

Highly Recommend
She did a CNC surgery on both hands and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My left hand was so easy—I worked insanely hard in rehab and got rewarded for my efforts in a ridiculously short amount of time. My dominant hand was more typical regarding recovery and rehab. Is she the warmest blanket in the drawer? No. But ultimately she isn’t there to be your new bff. She’s there to give you new hands—expertly and with precious! I wouldn’t trust my hands to anyone else. Period.

Wouldn't go back... when things went wrong, she had absolutely no empathy and can be sarcastic, which is never acceptable.

TERRIBLE office management
went to see the dr in DECEMBER for dupytrons contracture....here it is the end of March and STILL nothing...kept calling the office and they screwed up getting prior approval from manufacturer of the drug. Went to a different dr and got the approval within a WEEK and will have the procedure within 2 weeks of my office visit.

This is long overdue. About 14 months ago I was hit by a golf ball breaking my index finger in 6 places. Dr. Collins did an impeccable surgery to the digit. She also has a great bedside manner. She is the best.

Dr. Collins is one of the finest physicians I have encountered. Thoroughly knowledgeable about Dupuytren's Contracture. My outcome was far better than several friends' who used different hand specialists.

Dr. Collins recently did wrist surgery on my son (we had actually consulted with another surgeon prior and found them to be very passive about my son's issues, scheduling surgery, etc). We then found out about Dr. Collins and within just a few days we had an appointment to see her. Dr. Collins was incredibly responsive, explained things very well, and seemed genuinely concerned about my son's well being. From the initial exam to pre and post op, we were incredibly happy with her and her staff.

My husband had triger finger surgery, now has nerve damage and pain. Surgery done at Lee Memorial Hospital and during preoperative schedule was pushed back considerably due to nursing staff not being able to prep first patient. Large amount of arguing by nursing staff, administration stepping in and a doctor who is not at all happy. Not at all surprised the outcome is not good. It is a shame that all parties are not more organized and professional enough to see that these circumstances are not
