Well, I'm 34 years old and I've never had insurance, I just got a new job and I was so excited to have GOOD insurance for the first time ever, this doctor was the closest to pop up on my insurance website and he had good reviews so I decided to make him my PCP, a week before my first appointment, I threw my back out at work, I called the office and they were very accommodating, I had such high hopes! Then I went to my first appointment, I paid my $70 copay and was escorted to a room, the doctor didn't introduce himself, he didn't even have a bedside manner, he was rude, he interrupted me, he basically spent my entire appointment ridiculing me for vaping, again, I was there for my back, I tried multiple tike to tell him I had large breasts that probably had something to do with my discomfort, he was so dismissive, I felt like he was looking at my medical history and judging me because of it. When he said he couldn't help me, I asked for some prescription lidocaine pads that I have been

Went to see Dr Docena over depression related issues. This was my first time seeing him and will be the very last. Dr Docena treated my issue as a joke and thought I came to see him for no good reason. He is a very rude doctor who basically talks to you with the upmost disrespect. This doctor is a COMPLETE JOKE.

I went to Doctor Docena because I've been experiencing a myriad of health problems including depression, hair loss, skin issues and joint pain. I'm young and I've been healthy all my life and I am genuinely concerned about these problems arising for no apparent reason. Docena ran blood work and told me to call a week later to get results. I waited patiently, called today and was told I'd get a call back by the end of the day. No call, so I call again and my calls are ignored. What a joke!
