Did not feel respected
Dr. Mahfouz was the anesthesiologist during a recent emergency surgery at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. He was arrogant, dismissive, and brash. I felt rushed and disrespected, especially when asking questions and bringing concerns to his attention before the surgery. I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 because he at least did his job, even though I found his bedside manner atrocious.
