Dr. Salvatore Frangiamore, MD

Dr Frangiamore recently did a meniscectomy on my Medial Meniscus of the right knee two months ago! Doing very well since surgery! I'm back to everything I did before I had my injury! Highly recommend him for communication and Bed Side manners! He's very young however a very good Surgeon!

I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear in January and tried to heal this on my own , and it was not healing so I was referred to Dr Frangiamore " Dr. Sal"-and scheduled a meniscus repair in March of this year . The recovery was a lot of work on my part and I had to work hard with therapy and home PT to get full ROM , and it took about 6 months to gain full ROM In my knee . Dr Sal did an amazing job ! The surgery went fantastic and my follow up appts were great and Dr Sal and staff took the time to listen and explain things in the healing process ! He was right on point with the entire surgical process and healing time . I was very very pleased with his professionalism and expertise ! One of the kindest surgeons I have every worked with or known ! Dr Sal took 1:1 personal time with me to answer all my questions and was professional ! I highly highly recommend Dr Frangiamore !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Saw Dr. Frangiamore & his team for a complete hamstring reattachment. The diagnosis and communication was very concise as well as options, and recovery associated with surgery. Chose surgery and following the prescribed recovery protocol was able to resume full running and biking ahead of schedule. Couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by the team.

Dr. Sal repaired a complete rotator cuff tear in March. He thoroughly explained my injury, the surgery, and what to expect post-op. Six months after surgery I can do almost everything I could before I was injured, which is well before what I was expecting. What can you say about someone who restored you to health? I am so happy and grateful to Dr. Sal and all those at Summa. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen at his office. Everyone is professional and respectful.

Young. REALLY YOUNG.I always start with the youngest doc available - new, but recently trained! Dr. Sal is the shoulder doc for snowboarding at the Olymp. Ctr. He set me at ease, saying while he's only 34, he's doing 20 of these a month, has studied primarily shldrs and LOVES it. His staff adores him (a criteria for me). He reviewed my files, introd'd me his physician's assistant who would help in surgery and became my email pal. FABULOUS CARE/FOLLOW-UP. I'm a retired reporter...I ask questions
