Office Staff Issues
Takes months to see Dr Bajowala, so I just settled for the PA to do allergy testing and get shots started. Right away it was clear communication was an issue, and I have never seen an office staff so unfriendly. No one says hello, or seems interested in helping you. Several times my questions were met wtih hostility. I will say the nurse that does the injections was great, and it is too bad she works with others that shouldn't be working in a care industry.I finally gave up and went back to the great care I had about 20 minutes further away. So much for finding a good doctor closer to my home!

Dr. Bajowala is friendly, highly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She personally checked my results, took the time to explain them to me and defined a clear plan for treatment. Highly professional and highly engaging - absolutely excellent!
