Dr. Shephard replaced my hip. I am so happy. I left the hospital the same day I went in. I was done with walker in One and a half days. I am so glad I went to Dr. Shephard and that he did the surgery. He is young, but very good. I was back to work immediately. I would never have had my hip done had I not been told about Dr. Shephard. My husband had hip replacement 3 years prior and it was not what I ever saw myself doing. I have heard from other people they were very happy with him, too

My husband had a lateral hi[ replacement 3 years ago in a hospital in the UP This was done by a doc who had a good reputation. This replacement still causes pain and discomfort - not in the joint but in the muscles. He was still using his cane 3 months after the surgery. Dr. Shepherd replaced his other hip with anterior procedure 6 weeks ago, and yesterday my husband returned from a 3 1/2 mile walk with a grin on his face and a fist full of wild asparagus - and no cane. Truly amazing! Call him.
