Terrible Ankle outcome
Rushed consultation, bad bedside manner and worst of all 3 years of issues post surgery and recently a revision of the ankle surgery

Poor experience
Trusted his opinion that I needed foot surgery and foot is hard to walk on for any sort of distance. Put in 2 plates and after 6 months, he took them out with the hope that things would improve and they didn't.

Do NOT go to this Dr
Extremely unhelpful, waste of time and money appointment. Waited over 50 minutes from my scheduled appointment to see this Dr. When I finally did see him, he seemed rushed and spent less then 10 minutes with me and then charged me more then what was originally estimated.

After what should have been a pretty straight forward joint fusion, I experienced a tendon rupture. The plate put in to fuse the.joint.rubbed on the tenon weakening it. Dr. Reinking admitted the surgery weakened and damaged the tendon. Never should have happened. I had someone else perform the tendon repair.

Dr. Reinking recommended foot surgery to help with heel spur and plantar fasciitis pain. it's been 15 months since surgery and the pain is different and worse in some areas. When I met with him a few months ago he asked if the surgery made things better or worse and I told him it was worse. He had nothing to say to help me. No recommendations at all. He fused my big toe without my approval and that has been difficult to deal with. I have nerve pain along the outside of my foot and up my leg.
