Dr. Ryan Moore, MD

Felt he didn't listen. I would wait half an hour for the appointment then only spend 5 minutes with him. He always rushed, I never finished saying what I needed to say. He made me feel shut down. Always very unattuned, somewhat dismissive, and too weight-focused. Not good for mental health concerns or chronic illness. Even though he KNEW I had a history of anorexia, he would recommend weight loss at almost every appointment even if it had nothing to do with the complaint I came in for, and recommend exercising more, cutting carbs and eat more vegetables and protein despite never asking what I actually ate in a day or how much I exercised. Always tried to land at the simplest explanation for symptoms rather than actually trying to identify the cause.

I think Dr Moore knows a lot, and I agree with his style of leaning heavily towards supplements and natural solutions. BUT he just hurries through the appointment far too much, sometimes leaving while you’re still talking, literally mid-sentence. The staff said he takes a lot of patients from the urgent care queue…. so, I assume he is walking out on his regular patients to treat more unscheduled patients from the walk in clinic. Dr Moore, do you read these comments? I really wish you would. I, for one, am left feeling like you dont even know my name, let alone my concerns, and that you dont really care about my insignificant little ailments. Again, I think this doctor knows how to help, but just doesnt care enough to slow down and listen. He’d get 5 STARS from me if he cared about me.

I left this office all together because of Dr. Moore. At first I trusted the desicions he made regarding my health, but it soon became apparent to me that he just had no idea what he was doing. Dr. Moore probably works best for simple, routine check ups, but when dealing with serious health issues, he plays guessing games. I was given an extremely dangerous high dose medication that no primary doctor should give without sending a refferal to have tests done. I stopped cold turkey and was having serious, painful side effects. I was heavily dissmissed and my pain regaurding the mistakes of taking this medicine was just a joke to him. This Dr. does not care about your health, at least mine for that matter. Thanks for 3 months of ceaseless pain.

Ryan has a tendency to dismiss his patients requests. My first meeting with Dr. Moore I was coming to him about Mental Illness, his response was to put me on Phentermine and tell me if I lose weight my mental issues would lessen. Phentermine suppresses a person's hunger but it's also a stimulant so it was a two birds one pill scenario. I was told I cant get my IUD removed and when I said I would be happy to start another BC option, i was ignored. When I had concerns about my mental health not improving and in some cases getting worse - I was dismissed and told to keep going. I had concerns about my water retention in one leg - as it was much more swollen than the other. Especially obvious in the foot. Dismissed. Again. Upon arrival at the last appointment i brought up that i was still going to seek out a different medication than phentermine because unlike what he said, my mental illness wasnt getting better. He dismissed that he even stated that and I left. How professional.

Dr. Ryan Moore has been my physician for several years now, and I would recommend him as a competent, friendly, and knowledgeable medical-practicing Dr. to anyone!

He is really concerned about his patients.has a good knowledge in nutrition.and he is feeling the patient and have a quick response.

Dr. Moore was great. He really listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate tests needed. It was a nice change from the couple of doctors I had seen prior to Dr. Ryan. Just had my second appointment with him and am very happy so far.
