I was referred to Dr. Ryan Guillory by my primary care provider for an abnormal growth on the back of my tongue. I had a pressing time schedule, and Dr. Ryan Guillory’s office scheduled my appointment promptly. A few days later when I saw him, he was very personable, professional, concerned, and considerate of my personal scheduling issues and made allowances to double book to schedule a biopsy promptly. Knowing about my pressing schedule, and of course concern about the growth, he personally took my personal cell phone number and as soon as the biopsy came in, contacted me at 9:00 PM in the evening to discuss the finding. He told me he would be contacting specialists in Dallas for further evaluation, and by early the next morning they had contacted me to schedule an appointment. How often have you had a doctor contact you at 9:00 PM at night after a busy day to discuss your situation with you and move promptly to have further action taken. I am totally pleased with his care.

We’ve used Dr. Guillory for our toddler who needed tubes in her ears and he is super good with children! The nurses and office staff are so nice and sweet, and we loved the clinic where he performed surgery to place the ear tubes. We will happily continue to use him as needed and have no complaints.

First experience with Dr. Guillory was wonderful. No wait! We were seen on our appointment time. He was very personable and explained everything to my husband and I. His staff was wonderful also. Thankful for the recommendation that sent us his way.

I just became a new patient of Dr. Ryan Guillory on 8/30/19. The posted, negative reviews pertaining to a few office staff, are no longer applicable! My experience was totally positive...from registration, audiologist, nurse, to Dr. Guillory!

I was referred to Dr. Guillory for my babys tongie tie and I would just like to say Dr. Guillory and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is very nice and helpful, one nurse in particular I love and want to thank, Brittany. She is so wonderful with kids. I'm a new mom and my newborn was fussy, so before the tongue tie, I let her hold her and she bounced her so gently and calmed her right down. She is just so sweet! Highly recommend Dr. Guillory and his staff. They are great

Dr. Guillory is a great doctor. There is a woman however that works in the small office behind the front desk that acts very condescending and entitled towards patients. The front office staff may affect business.

If they wanted someone awful to greet customers, I mean patients, as they walk in, they got her. She is AWFUL! She's talks down to people in person and on the phone and sits there and flips her hair like she's all that.

We've used Guillory multiple times over the last 7 years.. However, these last few appointments have been terrible. Our most recent one, we had a morning appointment (prior to 9:00 a.m.) and he ran almost an hour late. He spent less than 4 minutes in the room with us, provided no answers, was short and didn't seem very thorough, also acted rushed. Then the wrong dosage on our prescriptions was called in and 4 days later we still don't have all of our medication.

I saw Dr Guillary in his office and did not have a long wait even though his waiting room was full. His nurse was very helpful and sweet. When he examined me he was very thorough and gentle, great manners as well. He explained everything and I never felt rushed. I am glad I decided to see him.

My son was sick with strep throat and then developed a really bad peritonsillor abcess. It became an emergent situation and my son needed to be taken to the OR to have the abcess drained and his tonsils removed. This was on a Saturday morning during the Christmas holidays. Dr Guillory met us at the hospital and took my son right into surgery. Beverly was also wonderful! She helped us out in the days before and after surgery! My family is so thankful for these 2 amazing Doctors!

Dr Ryan Guillory is a great Dr. Too bad his office staff will be the reasons he fails. Front desk is completely rude and unorganized. His MA is not qualified to help patience with follow up questions or get medicines called in on time. Took 3hrs for meds to be called in.

I would recommend this doctor any day of the week as long as they did not have to deal with his office staff. Not one of those individual should be dealing with the general public they should all be in the filing room where they don't have to deal with people in real world.
