Ignores actual concerns
First visit I waited over an hour and saw the PA who told me I definitely needed surgery, ordered more scans. Did the scans, came back for surgical consult. I drove 90 minutes, office staff collected my $50 copay, made me fill out the exact same paperwork I did 3 weeks before that, then made me wait 45 mins past my appt time only to be told by the doctor that my case is too complicated and he won't do it. Pretty sure he could have told me that over the phone instead of making a person with a clearly very screwed up back drive 1.5 hours, sit for 45, and then drive 1.5 hrs back. He was arrogant and condescending. Only looked my husband in the eye and dismissed my concerns as frivolous. Even if he could do my surgery, I wouldn't let that man touch me since he clearly doesn't respect me. I don't care if he is the best surgeon in the world, his bedside manner is terrible.

By the time my husband went to see Dr. DenHaese he was in extreme pain. He wanted relief but he also wanted to understand the various options available to him. Dr. DenHaese was patient with our many questions and helped us understand what we could expect before and after surgery. Within days of his surgery my husband no longer needed pain medication. The staff at the office is exceptional. Thank you Axis.

I am great full for his expertise and I would recommend him to everyone. I was in pain and he said I needed time to heal. Well almost 3 years post op and I still have the pain. It is my opinion the MRI was read wrong. Living with the pain.

Dr. Denhasese was abrupt, condescending, and arrogant. I went to see him to find out what my options might be if I decided to do surgery. Since I wasn't ready to make any decisions at the the time especially without detailed information on procedures, he wanted nothing to do with me. Very frustrating and disappointing visit.

The team and staff at Axis Spine have our recommendations. Right from the start, the problem was explained, the solution was offered, and all those involved handled my care with the utmost professionalism. The surgery gave us the results that we were looking for. If need a neurological disorder looked at, give Axis Spine opportunity to help, you owe it to yourself. I believe that the best selection is to call this organization. I, personally know it was the right direction for me to go.
