I want to thank you for removing me from your practice. I now have a doctor who understands that an MRI is more accurate to determine the size of a prostate than a finger is. I thought a doctor was supposed to use the best tools available. Not tell the patient that an MRI is too expensive, especially when the insurance pays for it. I guess you don’t understand your place completely yet doctor. The point I’m trying to get at is listen to the patient instead of putting your fingers in your ears. When it comes to any patients life, accuracy is paramount; your opinion can be wrong an MRI is not.Step into and understand the world of technology doctor. Remember, you’re there for the patient, and the patient only; set your fragile ego aside.

Dr. Shyamraj was professional during the visit. However he needs to improve his charging strategies. I visited for my annual visit and doctor charged it as office visit. I end up paying $230 for a visit that should've been 100% covered by insurance. Upon my second vist, I explained the doctor to not conduct any tests that may not be covered by insurance. He did the same thing again and I end up paying hundreds of dollars again. The worst part of it all, the appeal system is broken. They take 45 business days to process the claim and send to collections right after.
