Her diagnostic skill is excellent.
My wife and I have been Dr. Rupal Shah's patients for more than 20 years. She listens to us carefully and prescribes correct meds. As a doctor she is honest and upfront, strictly follows medical and insurance guide lines. The best part is she and her staff are very responsive and courteous.

Not very good
She never has enough time for you. You tell her of your symoptions and she doesn't do a referral until you persist. She often glazes over blood test results. We will be changing Doctors

Worst doctor ever
I went in to see what’s wrong and why my hands, arms and shoulder hurt. She told me to get blood work done. I went back 2 weeks later she told me nothing was wrong with me. Said my blood work is fine and she turn her laptop screen to show me results I didn’t even understand. I asked what she recommended and she told me she doesn’t recommend anything because nothing was wrong with me. I been in pain for almost two months and she doesn’t want to help me. She also told me if I wanted workers como to just do it and I told her my pain had nothing to do with my pain.

Shame On Dr. Shah
My 94 year old mother goes to Dr. Shah. Right now my mother is very ill. She weighs under 85 pounds. My mother got very I’ll about 2 months ago, she was at her book club one night and when she stood up to leave, she said her legs weren’t following what her brain wanted them to do. Since that time, she has become completely immobile, incontinent, cannot even move from her couch to her wheelchair without being picked up and placed there. Her brain is fine but she has lost the ability to move on her own. And guess what? We still don’t have a diagnosis! No diagnosis and no medical plan. Why? Because Dr. Shaw is very slow to order tests, does not answer her phone, has not served as an advocate for my mother who has been a patient of Dr. Shaws for some time. After waiting up to 3 weeks for a test, the test is cancelled that day or the day before. In my opinion, Dr. Shah is negligent, a terrible diagnostician, makes many mistakes, and a poor advocate for patients.

Definitely not
Unfriendly & makes the visit uncomfortable...& has been rude at times. If I ask a question, she seems annoyed...& leaves the room so fast. Never goes over tests that I've had done...to know any results. I don't even know my blood pressure. Worst Dr. I have ever had. I dread going. I was going to switch Dr.s but the Dr. I wanted was not accepting new patients. She is nearby & can always get in an appt. if needed..so that I do appreciate...

Horrible doctor in my opinion. Always blames my symptoms on anxiety, turns out I had a stomach disease that was causing my symptoms! Doesn’t listen to my how I’m feeling & downplays my symptoms. Currently switching doctors to someone that would actually listen to me.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Shah for almost 25 years and find her to be very good. We have had problems over the past years with doctors that we have been referred to and she has been very helpful in getting involved with the insurance companies to get the problem taken care of. She will go beyond what would be expected to help.
