I've been dealing with gout for over 16 years
I've been seeing doctors for gout in over eight different states and NO ONE has helped me! She took the time and found out that I was receiving the wrong medication. I don't have a problem with driving or flying from Texas with one of the largest medical centers in the world to come see her. It's the first time in 16 years that I have been living with no pain.

Hardly Ever There!
Dr. Chavda is hard to schedule with. Appointments are 3 months out, then within 2 weeks of your appointment, the office calls and says ahe will be out of town (family in India). They then schedule another appointment 3 months out. Recycle-repeat. It will take over 6 months with numerous schedulings to get an appointment. Prescription refils? Can't be signed when she is out of town. Hope you have a lot of meds.

It's not the most professional office, but she was nice. But the bad experience really came when my insurance no longer covered her. I had trouble getting records transferred so another doctor could review them. When I finally got them sent, I got a letter dated for that day saying they would no longer provide medical or medication assistance. I wasn't even accepted anywhere yet!!! Then she never sent my last prescription and refuses to. So even though I begged another office to accept me quickly, I am out of meds and can't get them for a couple weeks due to lapse in a medical provider.
