one of the most horrific medical experiences i have ever experienced. i attempted on numerous occasions to make a new patient appt for my 85 yo mother. left numerous voicemail messages with no response. finally, spoke with someone who made an appt but required pathology records which i attempted to fax numerous times. my mother went to the first appt. no xrays or scans were taken. they proceeded to schedule her for reclast which is contraindicated for her. subsequently, she was seen by orthopedic surgeons who did take hip and knee xrays and found significant issues in the hips necessitating THR. when i called to cancel the reclast infusion appt and schedule a telemedicine appt. with both the medical assistant and the front desk, i again left several voicemail messages none of which have ever been returned in 4 weeks. Avoid this place like the plague. they are dangerous, cut corners, are non-responsive if you are a new patient. would not refer them to anyone. EVER! 0 stars

I've seen Dr. Goldstein since I was diagnosed with RA. She has been very diligent in finding medications to work for me. I appreciate that she listens to concerns and allows me to be active in the decision making process. She is very prompt while still spending an adequate amount of time during appointments. I appreciate her taking however much time is necessary to answer my questions. She is also open to alternative methodologies for treatment. She is one of the easiest doctors that I see

Glanced over several larger concerns that we brought up. Didn't review any imaging/labs which is why we ended up being referred. Just didn't feel like she cared. Also, she has a poor bedside manner and never stuck her ground when bring up issues like diet and smoking.

I have a difficult and unusual autoimmune disease. Dr. Goldstein diagnosed it quickly, got the appropriate other specialists involved and has been on top of questions and changes. She literally gave me my life back. Can't thank her enough or recommend her highly enough.
