It was a pleasure to see how smoothly, professionally and well Dr. Boisen and his team worked together to conduct my surgery. It is a nice thing to come out of a surgery smiling and in fine spirits. Follow up was excellent. I am very satisfied and will return to Dr. Boisen for my next scheduled colonoscopy.

I am disgusted with the lack of customer service, follow through, competence, and caring that Dr. Boisen’s office exhibited. I will find somewhere else to go and I will spend a few extra thousand dollars to do that now since there is clearly no way to get rescheduled anywhere in this health insurance year of 2016. I would not recommend anyone going to Dr. Boisen’s office. I would explain more about what happened in detail but this website does not allow any more characters or room for typing.

Didn't want to hear my questions or concerns. He just wanted to schedule an expensive and invasive appointment within 5 minutes of talking, and after one hour waiting to see him.
