A Dr with a Heart
I started going to Dr. Rodgers after giving up on all doctors. At 41 I was trying to figure out what was going on with my body, and was there hope for me. I learned that sometimes it takes a while because he really addresses the problem. He doesn’t just write prescriptions, he along with his staff attentively develops a plan. I appreciate not being a number and treated like a human possibly. As confused as I am about how I got to this point, I’m thankful that we are able to set goals and reach them in the desired time. Healing doesn’t happen overnight and sometimes you can get overwhelmed with everything… he is honest and direct.

Don’t go to Dr. Grumpy
I had appointment at 9 a.m. but so did six other people at 9 a.m. It was 11:30 when he came into my room and when he did, he came with an attitude. Telling me that I wasn’t the only patient here todayPoor customer service He should retire immediately. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Can’t Recommend
We made my husband’s appointment a month ago. Appointment time was 10:45, called back at 11:40. When we asked how long we’d have to wait after already waiting an hour, we were told it would be at least another hour. The concerning part is that this appears to be the normal experience. We left and told them we wouldn’t be back.

Referral to pain clinic was never sent because
I ask dr Roger’s for a referral to the pain clinic over a month ago I called to see if the pain clinic had received the referral and they said no I have been hurting for 9 months he never tried to find out why I was hurting until I changed insurance company. And he still has not send in the referral for the pain clinic. I have asked him twice about it with no results. A dr that is willing to help you would have sent the request in when you ask him to I hurt every day in my back. but he just doesn’t care. He’s afraid he’ll lose insurance money that the pain clinic will be getting and not him. I would not recommend this dr at all not even to take my dogs to. He’s a selfish dr that wants to keep you under his thumb and what he says is right. terrible Dr. I will fined another Droctor.

Very unorganized practice
I have been there 4 times with an appointment and every time I had to wait more than 90 minutes in the examination room before the doctor came. Also I needed a clearance letter for my dentist that Dr. Rodgers told me he would send there, but until now, 5 weeks later, nothing happened. During that time I called the office at least 6 times to make sure they send it. I was promised they will send it and give me a call when its done but that didnt happen. Wont go there again and hope to find a better primary care....

horribe
it is like a pain clinic with old ppl coming in and out. Making elderly, limited mobility people have to come in for prescription refills for the same meds every 3 months. Not recognizing the mental/facial change in patients he sees.

Released from hospital on Friday, scheduled here Monday at 845 am.. I’ve seen the waiting room emptied twice by noon. Staff very polite but Dr Rodgers either gets in no hurry or sees which patients he wants when he wants.. clearly they have no structure on patient arrivals or appointments. Finally seen 12:30. What a joke .. especially for someone just getting released from the hospital.
