Professional & Out of the Box
Robin just started treating me in fall 2023 but I’ve been a patient of ME&E many years. Her out of the box thinking and knowledge of new innovation led to us identifying the cause of many years of my hearing issues (SSCD). If not for her, my life might have taken a turn for the worse later on. If you feel stuck with a diagnosis or just don’t know what’s wrong, go see Robin - she just might be the one to piece it all together!

One of thee Best in her Field...
Well,I was so sick with Nasal Polyps for (9) months Constant Infections,Hospitalization for three days due to these! That Hospital didn't detect nor did several Urgent care sick visits at my Primary Drs. Office..Finally My Primary Referred me to Mass Eye & Ear South in Weymouth,Ma I was Blessed to get Dr. Robin Pappal she diagnosed many Nasal Polyps Booked Almost immediate Surgery and Was successful in Removing all of them! I even had hardly any discomfort after...She is amazing..Kind,Gentle,And Utmost Professionalism.. let's put it this way she gave me my Life Back!.. as I truly was so sick for (9) long month's not knowing what was wrong?!it's been three weeks since surgery on 8-16-24 and I'm Doing Fantastic Thanks to Dr.Pappal I would Reccomend her to Everyone..She's a Great Doctor-Surgeon in my book.

Focused Professional
The Doctor teated me in an emergency situation for a traumatic injury. Despite be called in at a late hour she was ptofessional and focused and treated me with care and compassion.
