Good Doctor, Questionable Staff
I chose Dr. Stephenson as my new PCP last year. He is very laid back and seems to be a very experienced physician. He has good bedside manners and quickly and accurately diagnosed my injury/sicknesses. However, the reason for the 1-star is his staff. They are TOTALLY DISORGANIZED and RUDE. They forgot to send MRI results for a time-sensitive injury (which reading other reviews seems to be status-quo) on more than two occasions, consistently forgot to "call back within an hour", and are clearly underpaid/overworked because their frustration is abundantly clear in the tone with which they speak to clients. Will be switching PCPs immediately after my experience with the staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stephenson for over 20 years. He is by far the finest internal medicine physician I have ever had. He is a great diagnostician and very concerned, and also a very nice guy! I rue the day he won't be in practice anymore, but he's still sharp as a tack and in terrific shape. He has just renewed his office lease for another 5 years. Given his current high level of expertise, health and skill, I am confident he will still be my primary doc for the next 5 years!

I just adore Dr. Stephenson and his amazing staff! I never have problem getting an appointment and has the best bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to you and I never feel rushed during my appointment. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and I highly recommend him. Top-Doc, 4sure. His front office staff, Kallib and Celena, are amazing! Always friendly and smiling. His MA, Natalie, is the best! She is kind and very professional. Very grateful to have Dr. Stephenson as my MD.

Dr. Stephenson is exceptionally smart, even by professional medical standards. He is an outstanding diagnostician, and very concerned about his patients. He also has exceptionally broad-ranging experience and keeps current on state-of-the-art medicine..
