As most of u know.You can't make an appointment nor anything else.This place has gone to S.hit as you all know.

Completely impressed!
Dr Carty is a wonderful physician. Of course, he's knowledgeable but the big thing is that he takes time to listen and takes immediate action. He's also alert what might be going on with me by our conversation. Then he asks the appropriate questions to further treat me. Plus, he wears beautiful neckties that his talented wife hand paints.

Before my appointment with Dr Carty yesterday becomes a distant memory, I want justifiably to bestow appropriate glowing kudos & to reiterate my utmost sincere appreciation that for numerous years Dr. Carty has been my splendid Board Certified internist & virtually my medical guru. Dr. Carty throughout the years has aptly demonstrated that he's an extraordinary medical diagnostician, he's extremely personable with a very winsome droll personality, patient-oriented, compassionae, & as he listen's intently he always responds thoroughly & promptly professionally to whatever medical issues that I might incur. Although Dr. Carty has a very full practice and can sometimes run late for scheduled appointment, every time I've seen him over the last 4 years, he has been completely present listening to my problems. He is a very competent clinician and has treated me with respect and taken my issues seriously.

I am very unhappy with how I have treaded by the office of Dr. Carty There is too much to write and it probably would not change anything becouse I called to upper management of Arch, and try to file a complaint on 5/5/16. I was promised that I will get a call back next day the latest and so far no reply at all. Very poor communication from the office and honestly I would not recommend the Arch way of servicing patients to anyone.
