Miserable Service
Nunez appears to be knowledgeable, but is won't tackle cervical issues that are supposedly his specialty. Follow ups are non-existent.

Dr. Nunez is an excellent doctor. He listened to my concerns & communicated his assessment of my medical condition & helped me plan for future care. His medical practice is well run, organised and he employs wonderful staff members. His office was responsive to my after hours urgent concerns. I highly recommend him & his practice.

Dr. Nunez is one of those guys that, after you talk to him for 5 minutes, you realize he is whip smart. I have been seeing Dr. Nunez for 5 years now. I get follow up visits for long term monitoring of head and neck cancer treatment. He is a great provider. He answers my questions. He always assures me that is is available for me. Getting an appointment, even on short notice, is not hard. See him with confidence.

Dr. Nunez has Horrible bedside manner. Based on his reviews I was expecting a great experience with a great doctor. He didn’t introduce himself— but his arrogance did that for him when he walked in the room. He was very condescending towards me when explaining my issue. I received no conclusive answers about my relatively small issue. But I will absolutely not be going back.

Dr.Nunez is amazing. My 4yr old daughter had enlarged tonsils & adenoids. After seeing a few ENT doctors for this issue Dr. Nunez is the only one who showed interest to help my daughter. The procedure went smoothly & she is so much better. 5 stars isn't enough for this wonderful doctor & his staff. I'm so thankful for him and his team ?

Dr. Nunez is compassionate and caring. His staff is warm and friendly. I was suffering from Vertigo and was not properly diagnosed or treated for the cause. Then I found Dr. Nunez. He provided all the testing necessary for proper diagnosis and the treatment plans helped. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend Dr. Nunez.

There are not enough stars to give Dr. Nunez and his staff today. I am extremely grateful for the emergency procedure performed on my son. My son had a traumatic ear injury two months ago hitting his head/ear on a ceramic pot and ripping his ear almost off. The hospital did little more than gluing it back on and the ENT the hospital recommended complained when my son flinched when he was examining him. Well, he confessed to me this morning that he thought there was something in his ear. I called the office and was immediately greeted by Lisa...who thankfully took the "mom" approach even though my son is 20 years old. She scheduled an immediate appointment. Dr. Nunez dealt with my son not only professionally as a doctor but as a human being, keeping him calm and comical while pulling a 9mm piece of the pot out of his ear!!! He got to bring the trophy home! BTW - the hospital and original ENT are not getting a good reviews, lol.

The allergist is one of the worst people I have ever encountered in the medical field in all of my life. She is rude and dismissive. When I inquired about how much the skin test cost she said that there was no way to see the doctor as a self-pay patient and that for $170 (initial visit) I would only be "allowed" to see an assistant. I asked how much it would it cost to see the doctor and was told no one who is self pay can see the doctor. I calmly and politely tried to ask about scheduling and the woman hung up on me and then blocked me. How can a person like that keep their job? This is the worst doctors office I ever encountered in 53 years of life.

This is the only ENT you will be able to make an appt with quickly and it's not for good reasons. They get you kn and out kn the blink of an eye. It's more about making money than it is patients. The office staff treat patients as if they're waiting at a free public health clinic. The lady sitting at the window Rossa I believe is the poster child of whom a dr does not want as a face that is supposed to welcome people. There's a few combinations going on in this office that is a recipe for disaster especially when us patients have the ability to share with others online.

My first visit he had to put a tube in my nose. Not far its just looking into sinus up there. Staff was scared to numb me because allergies, but my allergy list is tummy issues not numbing issues... lol. It doesnt hurt unless your nose is deviated and there is resistance so dont be scared. So resistance hit in the 2nd nare. He made sure to numb my nose. He didnt force the tube and he was concerned about not hurting so that is great news since he said need surgery ...which I expected because my mom in NC has the same thing I have and needed surgery. But I am still scared. But he seems to have alot of surgery experience and care about the patient not suffering so I hope to post good news post surgery. Deviated septum chronic sinus 4 years HMO kept me from ENT. So releived to get doctor smart and emotional IQ who cares about not hurting look into it. Office also efficient nice people.
