Dr. John Lanza, MD

Dr. Lanza is a fantastic physician and surgeon. He takes his time with his patients listening and answering all questions and concerns. He has a wonderful cheerful personality that puts the patient at ease immediately. I wouldn't go to another ENT ever. Dr. Lanza is the best and I'm lucky to be his patient.

Dr. Lanza is very down to earth, very cool and originally from NY, im also originally from the Yri-State area. Dr. Lanza is an amazing Doctor, very thorough, accurate, intelligent, explains everything to you as many times as it takes til your comfortable and you're fully aware of the advice he is giving or procedures he is recommending etc. He is the greatest and you'll know it the minute you meet him. You'll feel like family.

Most caring doctor. Does not rush you in and out. Is available to answer any and all questions. The level of caring knowledge and compassion he provides is unsurpassed. Highly recommend

Seen this Dr for 6 years. Everytime the Fort Pierce and PSl office staff rude, incompetent and lazy.I had to go THREE times to get get just one test. Scope machine was NOT working the first two times. I even ASKED OFFICE STAFF TO CHECK IT BEFORE I COME THE SECOND TIME.Can you believe this??Yet there were at least 6 females in the front laughing , gossiping as I waited to be checked in. NOT ONE got up to go check machine to see if broken. The one that was EATING chips said with a full mouth of food yeah I think it's working then they went back to personal gossip. Pathetic.. WHO is in charge here? Front end Supervisor was there participating in this!I was the first appt and Dr was over an hour late due to hospital emergency. LIEWhen Dr. Finally got there he was in very bad mood and didn't apologize. I asked did you come from the hospital . He looked at me stupid and said what? I came from home.. AND machine is STILL NOT WORKING! DR LANZA GET IT TOGETHER. BE ACCOUNTABLE

I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Lanza. He was very caring, very understanding and was determined to help me find the help I needed for my rare condition. He never denied what I said I felt was going on.

Dr. Lanza was kind and compassionate and spent a long time listening to me on my first visit. I was referred to him by my ENT due to me not healing well after a deviated septum surgery. Dr. Lanza was very thorough and ordered testing of some cultures he took, something my other doctor had not done. He made a long list of recommendations and discussed them with me in detail. A few days later I was diagnosed with MRSA and he ordered a stronger antibiotic. I am so thankful for Dr. Lanza, for him listening to me and looking for and finding the real problem. I will not be going back to my other ENT. I highly recommend Dr. Lanza.

Made an appointment with this guy for a new patient 2 months ago. Today recieved a call to cancel and reschedule. Another 7 weeks. What a joke.

Dr Lanza is a good listener and follows through with proper diagnosis and care

I am very disappointed with Dr. Lanza. He did not listen or what I said about my symptoms went in one ear and out the other. He sent me for MRI, MRI report is in my patient portal a couple weeks now, his office cancelled my Doc Appt. and said next appt. available was July 29. That's 2 months to wait for my results and to be referred to a neurologist. DELAY OF DIAGNOSIS! Meanwhile my ear pain neuralgia worsens and tinnitus is louder. All I needed was a phone call with my MRI Results and a direction or plan to fix the problem, which means a referral to a Neurologist who specializes in Geniculate neuralgia, in which Dr. Lanza told me he does not know what that is. Well he should because its the Trigeminal nerve that effects the ear. Hes an Ear nose and throat guy, he should know what this is. His office girl Christine is a rude mess and nasty on the phone. I will not go back to this office ever. He is too busy to care about his patients.

Dr. Lanza is an amazing doctor. You can tell he cares about his patients. Very thorough. I am so happy my doctor referred me to him. Highly recommend him. Professional and his staff is awesome.

He is an amazing Dr. My husband was diagnosed with head and neck cancer which originated on his tonsil, and he has been with him every step of the way msking him feel like he is his only patient.

Dr. Lanza is a "CARING" physician. He provides medical care, "the old fashioned way". He listens carefully to patients, he addresses the medical concerns in a simple manner and he provides the right solution to improve your health status. I have been under Dr. Lanza's care for the past 6 years - each visit I truly feel as though I am visiting a brother - he builds confidence in your well being and is there for you when you need him. If you need an ENT, Dr. Lanza is your Doctor.

I went to Dr. Lanza and asked what he thought about my condition. Instead of giving me his opinion and recommendation he did the procedure without my approval. I was then in the position I was forced to continue to use this practice. NOT WAS I WAS THERE FOR. NOT VERY PROFFESIONAL.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lanza's since 2011, when he assisted on surgery to remove cancer on my face along with the lymph nodes around my ear. I was scared. Not just about the cancer, but also the potential of having a 5" scar on my face. Dr Lanza was amazing. He got me to relax about the cancer, which was no small feat. 100% recovery! I have also seen him for ENT issues such as polyps in my esophagus, and a growth on my thyroid. He has always been compassionate and empathic. Many kudos!

We met Dr. Lanza while a family member was in the hospital. He is an exceptional physician and has a very caring and compassionate bed side manner. He gave us the time we needed, answered all of our questions and never acted as though he was in a hurry to leave or that any of our questions were not valid.. We highly recommend him.
