Dr. Marshall was working in urgent care when I went to see him. He didn't even do basic diagnosis and just marked me down for anxiety. He said I had an appointment with primary care doctor that Monday so just go talk to her. Lack of compassion and not thorough.

Accommodates call appts, listens to what I have to say answers all my questions offers alternatives. Replies to messages , caring and very professional . Friendly easy to talk to . I was hesitant at first to work with Dr Marshall , did not think that I would be comfortable w a male doctor but his professionalism and kindness is totally sincere. He has been my primary physician for years now. I will continue to commute from Sacramento to see him. Been doing that for the last 6 yrs.
