My daughter had a pediatric appt with Dr. Lugo in June of 2024. He was excellent with her. Wish he was her only MD.

Unpleasant. He is very rude displaying a non caring attitude about your concerns and questions. He ignores your questions, concerns and tells you what he is going to do. He dismissed a second Doctors Lab results stating "Those people don't know what they are doing". Turns out they did. Lied about my Lab results stating that I did not see correct results in my file. I did. This result had been missed by him for over a year. Refused to give me a specialist referral, stating, you cannot afford it.

Very Rude and confrontational with patients and tried to intimidate patient ans their decision of choice in medical care. Actually tried arguing over his choice of opinions without any reliance to patient concern or diagnosis, and was asked to please stay on track of review of patient care at time of patient encounter! Highly confrontational and abrasive toward patient and care!
