I had a test done. Nothing else was needed. But staff was very courteous. No problem

I don't remember much of the visit on the 9th. I do know that I received information from my doctor that said what my diagnosis was. I searched online to understand better what I had and what the treatment is. I understand that the physician that did my procedure needed to give his report to my doctor first. It was helpful that one of the staff told me the basics of what the findings were and that I would need biofeedback therapy. This information was enough to help me find basic knowledge.

Wow! The staff was very kind. They help me not feel uncomfortable, Dr. Lee was amazing and had the report to my doctor the next day.

Dr Robert Lee is a fantastic physician-great personality, congenial, and informed me of every step along the way for a test one could consider embarrassing. I am thankful he made this a comfortable experience.

This was the best GI practice that I have experienced in all of my adult years - 40+ years. {patient age removed} All of the staff, from check in, to Dr. providing care in the treatment room, to the nurse/assistant providing a Summary of the visit at the end were professional, efficient and courteous. Dr. Yang, resident fellow provided a very thorough assessment, probable diagnosis/diagnoses, and consulted with the attending physician who concurred with the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Everything went great with my exam. Although the test I had was not able to pinpoint a solution to my gastrointestinal problem Dr. Lee referred me to another doctor and I already have that appointment. I would like to have had it sooner than July and I was put on a waiting list for that. All good.

I will no longer be continuing with Dr. Lee. I do not feel that he is concerned about my case, and he is not exhausting all options to resolve my GI issues. He does not seem to want to find the root cause of my symptoms, and therefore is not helping to find a solution. It seems that he thinks his only job now is to help me gain weight for vascular surgery, which I think is a separate issue and is not related to my GI issues. After my last appointment, I messaged Dr. Lee with a few follow-up questions. He sent a very short, 2 sentence reply, which did not address my concerns or answer any of the questions. I am very disappointed by this, as it shows he is not truly trying to help me figure out and resolve my GI condition. It also is not helpful at all that he is only at UCI one morning per week. This makes it impossible to get appointments on a timely basis and has made this medical issue drag on much longer than expected. I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Lee to anyone.

Making appointment took months

I felt confident and comfortable with Dr. Lee's treatment and advice. The test I had done required great skill and training , I felt he had both.

Clean and pleasant clinic/office , I felt confident with the Dr's advice and treatment plan.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Lee spent with me and gave me a lot of good information regarding my condition. I was glad that we both agreed to take a conservative approach. I look forward to seeing him in 6 months.

Dr.Lee was very polite and knowledgeable. He spent enough time to listen to me and to explain me about my health issues and what tests I have to do next.

I loved Dr. Lee and his nurses. Id love to have him as my Dr. They were more than amazing to me.

The health professionals were professional, pleasant, and courteous. I was informed of every aspect of the procedure prior to and during the procedure.
