Dr. Robert Lamport, MD

Doctor was an hour past appointment time. Came in with an attitude, was very dismissive of symptoms, rushed through the appointment, didn’t feel like he listened to my concerns. Then says “what pediatrician do you go to?” I am in my early twenties. Extremely unprofessional. Then proceeds to leave the room, not saying If i need to stay or If i can go, or what was going to be ordered. Waited another 20 minutes, no one came back, office was completely empty as it was now 6pm after hours. Would NOT recommend.

Dr. Lamport has treated me multiple times over the last decade. He is both professional and personable. I highly recommend him.

He is an excellent doctor, professional, and intelligent. I have seen him for about one year and he always provided clear explanation of my conditions. The staff has always been helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Lamport is extremely caring and an empathetic doctor. Spent time explaining everything to me and I felt very well taken care of. Negative reviews here are just from unhappy patients and for issues that are out of Dr. Lamport's control as diseases change over a few months time and diagnoses change

Do yourself a favor and research Dr. Lamport before becoming his patient. He has many bad reviews for a reason. I found him to be very inappropriate and uncaring.

Doctor walked away in the middle of me explaining my medical history. He did not seem to care and dismissed me in a very rude manner. I recommend that you look for a doctor that listens and has some empathy.

This doctors doesn’t take you seriously.He walked away when I ask questions about my treatment. I don’t recommend you to see this doctor.

Misdiagnosed my problem, kept refering me to procedures that I didn't need. Sought a second and third opinion. If you see him you should do the same. Abdolutely do not recommend him.

Run far away from this "Dr". I've had two experiences with this guy. The first, he ordered so many unnecessary tests, that my insurance flagged him to ensure it wasnt fraud. On top of that he missed the actual diagnosis, that was right in my bloodwork. If not for another DR who spotted it two months later, I would of died. Second time with this guy, LRMC assigned him to me through the ER... against my direction! Again, he failed to listen to exactly what brought me in and I almost bled to death

This man has always been polite and competent. Have never had a bad experience.

I do not recommended this doctor. He missed diagnosed my problems. I did not see him after the EGD and I got the results over the phone through a nurse when I called. Wasted my time. Went to another doctor got a second opinion and they found Intestinal metaplasia, bleeding ulcers and Visceral Hypersensitivity Syndrome and take medication daily for all of these. His financial people does not know how to fill claims with insurance and ended with a huge bill that after 90 days nobody wants to pay.

Dr.Lamport missed diagnosed problem. Wasted 1 full year going on a fiber diet. Then he recommended us to a surgeon. Went to another doctor got a second opinion. Chronic IBS and take medication daily for this. No sugery!
