Completely missed concern about rapidly rising PSA even though is was below 4.0. Incorrectly assessed digital prostate exam. Second opinion found stage 3 prostate cancer.

I've been w Dr. Hoshizaki for over 5 years. As I've aged he's been able to diagnose and treat things that have come up. He is very good and clear in describing preventative direction. He is very concise and efficient. Some have described him as impersonal which is not accurate. Ask him about fishing and he will open up. He and his staff are amazing at how quickly they turn things around. The office is exactly what I need. I would recommend him.

Impersonal, cold, (doesn't look up from his ipad), and changed to concierge to "get around ACA" which is pretty bad IMO.......will never be back, lots of respectable Dr's to choose from in the area!

Dr. H is very efficient. I have worked with him for over 20 years and he is always prompt. No wait time, ever. Diagnosis and procedures are clear and understood. He always calls personally to give test results. Concierge is a problem- expensive for the privilege to have full access to him. . . but he is now incredibly available and responsive. I have and would recommend him.
