Emergency surgery
Dr Hernandez performed two emergency brain surgeries on my dad. Dr Hernandez was not in the hospital at the time but arrived within 10-15 minutes of being aware of the situation. My dad had many big aneurysms that were undetected before seeing Dr Hernandez. Dr Hernandez made us feel positive, calm and hopeful. He kept us updated through every step of the process. My family will forever be thankful for him and will never forget him and the amazing work he does. Thank you a million times Dr Hernandez! The Zimmerman Family

Best Neurosurgeon Ever!!
He is polite and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with me and explained the procedure to fix it. When I woke up from surgery I knew the problem was fixed because I could walk and the pain was gone!! He even pointed out another problem to keep an eye on. Needless to say, he may be getting more 'thank you' cookies from me!! Also, the staff he works with is amazing!

Not good
I seen this Dr 3 times in a year time. Refused to order a back MRI even after I had multiple blocks/ablations by their pain dr. Dr H changed his diagnosis 3 times on me and last visit he was arrogant and rude after reviewing the MRI another neurosurgeon ordered so I could actually get a 2nd opinion, because apparently ordering a MRI is standard of care and needed for the actual surgery. Dr Hernandez PAC Victoria is arrogant also. She also assists him during surgery I was told . I am not returning to this practice. I don't trust him
