I got my life back
Dr. Galler explained my condition, the treatment options and gave his recommendation for treatment. The recommended surgery was quite successful and far less traumatic than I had anticipated. Dr. Galler and his team are professional , courteous and I would recommend them to anyone needing spinal surgery.

I saw the PA in dr. Gallers office had an x ray and MRI . I was told I had a lumbar sprain- however the pain was immense and did not add up. I ended up in the ER on morphine trying to figure out if I had kidney stones. I went to my PCP who read my MRI which was not okay. I had bulging disks. Herniated disks w tears. Nerve root compressions and the list goes on. My PCP gave me more info, answers and a plan than the PA at a neuro-surgeons office. If my MRI was properly read to me I would not had been to the ER. The office held no accountability leaving me with extensive ER bills because the office was unable to read the MRI. The answers were right there - I am floored at the in attention to this matter especially considering the enormous amount of pain I have been in. Shame on this office for the inaccuracy and taking no responsibility.

They ordered me an mri I came back two weeks later and sat down with Dr. Galler , he basically told me exactly what was on the MRI report and couldn’t find anything that would be giving me the symptoms that I had and requested I go to pain management. What was weird is he informed me they were no longer taking my insurance. So i went to pain Managment he examined me and pin pointed the herniation on the MRI. Was Dr Galler just pushing me out because he didn’t like my insurance?????

My husband is Dr. Gallers patient so I'm writing the review from the both of us. The first time we met Dr. Galler was 10 years ago for his first lumbar fusion. My husband was sent to Dr. Galler on an emergency basis and was in surgery 4 days later. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Gallers skills, caring, communication, patience and compassion. In total my husband has had 3 spinal surgeries, one being this year. Dr. Galler is an incredible surgeon, he and his staff mean so much to us.

Hate to say it but absolutely disgusted with Dr Galler. I will admit that the surgery my wife had was a success but the before and after care that was provided by Dr Galler was pathetic. He will act friendly and professional prior to surgery but afterwards was a different story. If you have any concerns of being in pain after the surgery, trust me, you will be in pain. He can care less about you after. My wife and I followed everything he instructed and now I'm watching my wife suffer.
