We scheduled an urgent appointment for my wife with Dr. Galagan. The appointment was scheduled over a month in advance. We did not go on vacation over the Christmas holidays because of the appointment. I was never told that the appointment was cancelled. I called on the morning the appointment was scheduled and was told that the doctor decided to cancel and reschedule everyone. My wife was rescheduled for an appointment more than a month later with a different doctor.
