Created a false office visit and invoice
After 15 years with the practice. Dr.Olga Mondrusova decided that because they received a release for information, she would create a false office visit and bill me for her time. Her office then refused service until I paid for the fraud bill on two occasions. Her staff was gaslighting and insisting that I had been there in November. It was a lie they had to refund the payment. AFTER ALL THIS THEY DROP ME AS A PATIENT AND LEAVE ME WITHOUT A CONTINUM OF CARE.

Dr Brateman is kind, caring and compassionate. He always has his patient’s well being as his first priority. When my back pain became overwhelming on Christmas night he told me to go to the emergency room. After an MRI the neurologist came into my room and started to explain the surgical options to relieve my pain and Dr Brateman shows up to help me decide the best option. This all took place around 2:00 am! I highly recommend him and feel very fortunate that he is our family doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Brateman for over 30 years. Very unfortunately, I moved to the other side of the state, and I cannot find a doctor as caring and personable as Dr. Brateman. In fact, I am trying to move back to the Metro Det. Area so I can have Dr. Brateman as my physician again. I have a number of health concerns that need monitoring, and there are no other doctors here in West Michigan I can trust.i

I have been with Dr. Brateman since I was 13 years old. I have more problem with sensitivity to medication, He is the only one that will take the time to find one that works. Other Physicians always say I don’t know what to do for you but he does. I work difficult hours and he’s always willing to stay after hours for me. He always asks how my family is doing. I never feel rushed. If he can’t figure something out after a few tries he will recommend someone who can and never has disappointed.

I am a former patient of Dr. Brateman, I moved to California. Unfortunately, I cannot find a Doctor like Dr. Brateman in CA. He is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I trusted everything he did and said. I wish I had the finances to fly to Michigan to see Dr. Brateman when I need care.

I have been with Dr. Brateman for over 30 years. He has always been able to find out what was the cause of any health issues that I have had, and probably saved my life in the process. He has help my family members when no one else could find the problem. He is a very kind and caring doctor. He takes the time to get to the root of your issue and then makes a plan to fix it. I would very highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor.

A caring physician who puts patients before himself. Dr. Brateman will take the time to hear what you have to say and explain in layman's terms until you understand. You might have to wait to be seen, but the wait is worth it --one is never rushed out of the exam room, and you will never leave with unanswered questions. A caring, very knowledgeable and involved physician.
