Burke
Unprofessional. Poorly organized. Staff calls with diagnosis and gives no follow up. I got a call telling me I had osteoporosis. Staff did not give their name, they said “you have a prescription and you need to make an appointment in one year.” I had to call back for information and when I said I was unhappy with the method of calls , the staff member said, “sorry bout that,” This was just one of many disappointing interactions.

His staff is totally untrained.
No one at office will listen to your problem. Might as well go to a Vet. You get sent to another person & have to try to explain everything more than once. I am dying of Stage $ breast Cancer, & am totally without help.
